First, if you have never been to Leopold's Ice Cream you are totally missing out.

Leopold's Ice Cream is located in Savannah Georgia and has been around since 1919. Wild. Three brothers (Basil, Peter, and George) from Greece founded the lovely Leopold's and learned all of their dessert secrets from their uncle who was already in America. They have been the hot spot ever since.

Leopold's is known for their "Tutti Frutti" flavor of ice cream, which includes Georgia's roasted pecans and candied fruit. I have had it, and although it is not my favorite, it is unlike any other flavor I have had.

I have gone to Leopold's Ice Cream probably three times in total, and that is definitely my favorite part about going to Georgia. The line is always long, but it is definitely worth it. My favorite is peppermint, for sure. They have twenty five flavors total not including seasonal flavors and luckily for me, peppermint is not seasonal.
